Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Chef de Partie who thrives in a high‑paced, creative environment and has a deep love for Japanese cuisine. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a high‑end restaurant or Michelin‑starred kitchen.
  • Bring a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure and excel in a team environment.
  • Be eager to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to the team’s success.
  • Hold the legal right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, showcasing creativity and precision.
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensuring mise en place is completed efficiently and to specification.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
  • Contributing ideas to menu development and improving kitchen processes.
