DPC is looking for a friendly, organised CoSec Manager to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys detail, structure, and working closely with both colleagues and clients. You will play a key role in helping our clients stay compliant while building your own skills and career in company secretarial practice.

What you will do:

  • Prepare, review, and submit confirmation statements for client companies.
  • Manage dormant account filings and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Take the lead with accounting year-end changes and routine company filings such as director appointments, resignations, and registered office updates.
  • Support director and PSC ID verification, ensuring compliance with Companies House and AML requirements.
  • Maintain organised company records and help with administrative processes, checklists, and reminders.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to senior team members, including incorporations, share transactions, and restructures.

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced in corporate governance, statutory compliance, board administration, and regulatory filings, with a strong track record of ensuring accuracy and mitigating risk.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office; experienced with governance platforms such as IRIS, or similar systems.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a solution-focused approach.
  • Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative, small team.
