Join Sumer as a People & Culture Business Partner, driving people strategy across two London hubs – HW Fisher and Simmons Gainsford.
At Sumer, we unite ambitious regional firms to create a high‐performing, people‐first culture. As a core member of the Hub Leadership Team, you will partner with business leaders to drive group‐wide initiatives and local people priorities.
Responsibilities- Deliver strategic People & Culture partnership across DEI, L&D, Talent Management, Engagement, Reward and Change.
- Translate group people strategies into actionable local Hub plans.
- Support hub leadership with succession planning, workforce planning and talent development.
- Champion employee experience, engagement and a healthy, sustainable culture.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure operational excellence.
- Escalate and advise on complex employee relations issues.
- Partner with CoEs on initiatives such as DEI, Reward, Performance and L&D.
- Use people data and insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
- Proven generalist People & Culture experience at Business Partner level or equivalent.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic focus with operational delivery.
