Responsibilities
- Managing a variety of corporate finance projects - business sales, acquisitions, valuations, fundraising
- Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memoranda
- Supporting clients through due diligence and negotiations
- Building strong relationships with clients, funders, lawyers, and intermediaries
- Contributing to the growth of the team and helping to win new business
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or similar)
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Confident preparing reports, models, and client presentations
- A great communicator who enjoys working with clients and solving problems
- Motivated, proactive, and a team player
