We're seeking a Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Partner and wider team operate efficiently by providing high-quality administrative, organisational and operational support. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management for the Partner and wider team
  • Booking travel/accommodation for staff conducting on-site client work
  • Extensive and efficient email correspondence for Partner, often corresponding on behalf of the Partner
  • Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
  • Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute-taking, and ensuring Partner is prepared in advance
  • Assisting in the creation of Letters of Engagement and other documents, including formatting and maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Assisting staff with formatting of reports
  • Assisting with processing AML checks
  • Processing of expenses
  • Billing/Invoicing as and when required
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations for marketing purposes
  • Arranging social events for the team
  • Management of miscellaneous issues
  • Covering reception on occasion if necessary
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion
