We're seeking a Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Partner and wider team operate efficiently by providing high-quality administrative, organisational and operational support. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management for the Partner and wider team
- Booking travel/accommodation for staff conducting on-site client work
- Extensive and efficient email correspondence for Partner, often corresponding on behalf of the Partner
- Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
- Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute-taking, and ensuring Partner is prepared in advance
- Assisting in the creation of Letters of Engagement and other documents, including formatting and maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Assisting staff with formatting of reports
- Assisting with processing AML checks
- Processing of expenses
- Billing/Invoicing as and when required
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations for marketing purposes
- Arranging social events for the team
- Management of miscellaneous issues
- Covering reception on occasion if necessary
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
