We're seeking a Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced professional services environment.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Partner and wider team operate efficiently by providing high‑quality administrative, organisational and operational support.
No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management for the Partner and wider team
- Booking travel / accommodation for staff conducting on site client work
- Extensive and efficient email correspondence for Partner, often corresponding on behalf of the Partner
- Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
- Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute‑taking, and ensuring Partner is prepared in advance.
- Assisting in the creation of Letters of Engagement and other documents, including formatting and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Assisting staff with formatting of reports
- Assisting with processing AML checks
- Processing of expenses
- Billing/Invoicing as and when required
- Creation of Power Point presentations for marketing purposes
- Arranging social events for the team
- Management of miscellaneous issues
- Covering reception on occasion if necessary
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role and industry
- Proven diary and email management skills
- Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Proactive mindset and able to take initiative
