Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our growing Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Solihull. The Role:

  • Leading advisory assignments, such as company reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, share scheme advice, and venture capital schemes.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members on large client projects and contributing to the development of technical knowledge across the wider team.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and other advisors.
  • Collaborating closely with directors on business development activities, identifying opportunities to support existing clients and attract new business.
