    • Partner with the People team to embed our values across key moments in the colleague journey.
    • Support leadership visibility programmes, helping our senior team show up authentically and consistently.
    • Use insight and feedback - pulse surveys, listening sessions, engagement data - to inform comms strategy and measure impact.
  • Change & Transformation
    • Lead communications for organisational change, transformation programmes and significant business announcements.
    • Support leaders in managing sensitive or complex communications with empathy, care and precision.
    • Develop playbooks and toolkits that help managers communicate effectively with their own teams.
