Working closely with our Lead Insolvency Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting clients through challenging situations, developing our talented team, and helping shape the future of our insolvency offering.

Key Responsibilities
- As an Insolvency Practitioner (IP), you will advise individuals and businesses facing financial distress, ensuring compliance with UK insolvency laws and working towards the best outcomes for stakeholders.
- Assess financial situations and provide insolvency advice.
- Administer insolvency processes (CVAs, CVLs, administration, IVAs, bankruptcies).
- Negotiate with creditors and manage fund distributions.
- Ensure compliance with UK insolvency regulations.
- Investigate director conduct and identify wrongful trading.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualified JIEB and licensed by a recognised Insolvency Licensing Body.
- At least five years’ experience in insolvency or financial restructuring.
- Strong financial and legal knowledge in insolvency matters.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, and detail conscious.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet client needs.
