We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, supporting a portfolio of property management clients. You'll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial records, processing transactions, and delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations and payment runs.
• Process invoices, receipts and client transactions accurately.
• Support month‑end processes and assist with management accounts.
• Resolve client queries and build strong working relationships.
• Ensure financial records are accurate and deadlines are met.
• Help improve processes and maintain strong financial controls.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within property, outsourced finance or a multi‑client environment.
• Strong understanding of purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliations and payments.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach.
• Experience using accounting software and good Excel skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
