We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our growing team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients, lead on complex transactions, and contribute to the strategic growth of our tax team. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the M&A Partner in leading enquiries and delivering innovative tax solutions
  • Assist with tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals, working closely with the corporate finance team
  • Advise on pre-transaction structuring, demergers, restructuring, and inheritance tax (IHT) matters
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering sophisticated M&A tax advice while managing technical risk
  • Ensure high-quality tax reports and documentation, with minimal input from senior leadership
