As a Territory Sales Lead, you will oversee and inspire a regional team of Sales Engineers across the South UK, driving growth and strengthening Sulzer’s presence in key markets. You’ll help deliver innovative solutions for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of rotating equipment across our full service portfolio.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a regional team of Sales Engineers in promoting Sulzer’s full portfolio of service solutions for rotating equipment - including inspection, overhaul, repair, upgrades, and replacement parts.
  • Lead monthly order intake performance for the South UK region, taking full ownership of targets and consistently delivering in line with business forecasts and commitments.
  • Drive growth in Sulzer Services key markets, focusing on electric motors, generators, pumps, turbines, compressors, and other critical rotating machinery used across power generation, water, oil.
