About The Role
Sulzer Water & Industry is a trusted partner to the water sector, delivering innovative pumping solutions and aftermarket services that keep vital infrastructure running efficiently. With a century-long tradition of excellence in pumps, agitators, compressors, and critical rotating equipment, we provide tailored support to ensure performance, reliability, and sustainability. We are looking for a technically skilled and commercially driven Sales Engineer to lead sales and aftermarket activities within the North West region, strengthening relationships with key accounts and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and aftermarket service opportunities within your designated accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Promote Sulzer’s products, solutions, and service capabilities to maximise revenue and market share
- Provide technical guidance on pumps and rotating equipment, delivering solutions that meet customer needs
- Manage the sales pipeline from opportunity identification to contract completion
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and aftermarket environments within pumps, rotating equipment, or related engineering sectors
- Strong technical understanding of pumping solutions and applications in the water sector
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Commercially astute with a results-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own diary
