About The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of Industrial Water Treatment. In this role, you will own the adaptation and launch of existing products into locally relevant, solution‑oriented offerings. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will lead technology transfers, localize products to market and regulatory needs, and ensure full commercial readiness across sales, operations, and application support.

Responsibilities

  • Define the regional product strategy, together with local teams, covering customer needs, competition, pricing, and regulations.
  • Build a focused roadmap, business case, and KPIs, adjusting courses where needed.
  • Lead solution launches, shape value propositions and pricing, and enable sales teams through training, tools, and hands‑on support.
  • Act as a product application expert, working closely with customers and internal specialists to support pilots and early deployments, and turn feedback into continuous product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of industrial water treatment or similar technical solutions.
  • Experience in product management, process engineering, business development, or sales in an international, matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel.

Requirements for Work Location

The role is located close to a Sulzer office in Europe and preferably in Spain, Italy, Germany or France.
