About The Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and commercially driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead our activities across East Anglia. You will represent our engineering capability within a highly regulated water and wastewater environment, building trusted relationships with regional asset, delivery, and operational stakeholders while driving sustainable growth through critical infrastructure solutions.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure sales and aftermarket service opportunities within major utility accounts across East Anglia.
  • Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with site managers, engineers, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on pumps and rotating equipment, tailoring solutions to meet the specific demands of large-scale water treatment and distribution.
  • Promote our full suite of products and service capabilities to maximize uptime and operational efficiency for our clients.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from initial technical site surveys to contract completion.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need

  • A proven track record in sales or aftermarket services within the pumps, rotating equipment, or heavy engineering sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of pumping applications specifically within the water and wastewater industry.
  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
