With over two decades of expertise, our team delivers tailored solutions to clients worldwide, ensuring reliability, performance, and rapid turnaround. From spare parts and consultancy to full turbine refurbishment, we’re the trusted partner for critical rotating equipment. This role is based at our Netherley facility near Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire, a key hub for our turbine operations and customer support. As a Process / Clean Line Operative, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cleaning turbine components to the highest standards, supporting the delivery of world-class engineering services.**Job Responsibilities*** Clean and process turbine components using chemical tanks, grit blasting, vapour blasting, and hand cleaning.* Operate specialist equipment such as ball burnishing machines.* Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all tasks.* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.**Job Qualifications*** A flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.* Ability to follow technical instructions and safe working practices.* Previous experience in a cleanline or workshop environment is preferred, but full training will be provided.# What we offer you* A competitive hourly rate* Paid overtime opportunities* 9-day fortnight working pattern (every other Friday off)* 33 days of annual leave* Access to retail and entertainment discounts — including Costco membership* Discounted personal car leasing for employees, family, and friends* Confidential support via our Employee Assistance Programme* Ongoing learning and development through Sulzer Learning PathwaysSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
