Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage all aspects of execution: hardware, documentation, financials, dispute resolution, and customer satisfaction.

  • Experienced in leading field-based teams delivering service, maintenance, overhaul, and repair activities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organisational skills.

Role Location

This role is primarily remote, but regular travel is required to customer and supplier sites as well as our UK workshops, mainly in Birmingham, Leeds, and Aberdeen. You'll have full autonomy to manage your own diary and schedule.
