Job Description

SIGN-ON BONUS INCLUDED!

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is seeking a Truck Tire Technician to perform tire and tire-related services according to customer needs at our commercial service facility.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times, following OSHA and TIA standards, and comply with company safety policies.
• Mount, demount, balance, and repair commercial and other tires and wheels as directed.
• Inspect tires, vehicles, and equipment before and after service, noting additional needed services, and make recommendations.
• Accurately document work performed according to company policy.
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and enhance reputation.
• Operate company vehicles safely, following all laws and policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and report any equipment issues.
• Perform additional duties like wheel refurbishment, tire foam fill, and loading/unloading tires.
• Assist with other shop activities as assigned.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior tire service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 125 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License with DOT medical card.
• TIA certification required.
