Consultant, Communicator, Coach, Change Leader
We are looking for experienced senior consultants with confidence to operate across one or more of our capabilities: Strategy Activation, Total Experience, Operational Agility, AI, Data, Advancing Technology, Modern Implementation & Future Ready Teams & Leadership. With a strong consulting pedigree, you will bring creative problem solving skills, strong facilitation capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to lead change through coaching and challenging both mindset and ways of working. You will play a critical contributing role to the development of our consulting business through engagement delivery, client relationship building, and proposition development.
As a Senior Consultant, you will have:
- 4-6 years consulting experience whether this in a big consulting firm or boutique consultancy
- A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services
- The ability to drive and execute complex business change and transformation programmes across the majority of a programme lifecycle, spanning areas such as operating model design, digital transformation, change management, agile ways of working, cognitive enterprise / artificial intelligence etc.
- Ability to create quality and timely consulting collateral (Powerpoint) and business cases (Excel) to support sales
- Proven track record in business success, including helping with bids and sales, and having a strong network of relevant contacts
- Working collaboratively with others to support each other and provide maximum value to our clients.
In addition to the above attributes, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent influencing/communication/facilitation skills at all levels
- Accountability for planning, delivery and demand management in multi-million pound transformation programmes
- Familiarity with technology practices, challenges, and trends, and how they influence business outcomes.
- Commercial experience - a strong understanding of sales cycles and key change drivers, able to develop compelling bids and pitches, and work closely with our Growth teams to support business development activities
