This is not a passenger role. As a Consulting Manager, you lead from the front, owning delivery, shaping client outcomes, and setting the standard for how consulting should be done. You will operate as the trusted day-to-day lead for clients, translating ambiguity into structure and strategy into execution.

What You’ll Do
- Own delivery of engagements or critical workstreams end-to-end

AI & Data Focus
You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients apply AI where it genuinely creates value. This means:

- Leading pilots and building confidence through delivery
- Engaging credibly with technical teams without needing to be hands‑on
