This is not a passenger role. As a Consulting Manager, you lead from the front, owning delivery, shaping client outcomes, and setting the standard for how consulting should be done. You will operate as the trusted day-to-day lead for clients, translating ambiguity into structure and strategy into execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own delivery of engagements or critical workstreams end-to-end
  • Turn complex problems into clear, executable plans
  • Build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
  • Lead, stretch and support consultants to deliver high-quality work
  • Drive momentum by removing blockers and maintaining focus on outcomes
  • Identify risks early and deal with them directly
  • Contribute to winning and shaping new work
  • Uphold high standards across delivery, communication and output

AI & Data Focus

You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients apply AI where it genuinely creates value. This means:

  • Translating business challenges into practical AI and data solutions
  • Cutting through hype to focus on what will actually work
  • Advising on data readiness, governance and adoption
  • Leading pilots and building confidence through delivery
  • Engaging credibly with technical teams without needing to be hands‑on

You don’t need to build models but you do need to understand enough to challenge, guide and decide.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–8+ years in consulting or complex transformation environments
  • A track record of owning delivery and making things happen
  • Strong judgement, you know when to go deep and when to move
  • Ability to operate with pace, structure and accountability
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing others
  • Commercial awareness and contribution to growth
