We are delighted to be working with a large care organization based in Sunderland on their recruitment for a HR Advisor to join their team.

This role will be 30 hours a week working alongside two other HR Advisors and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.

This will be a busy role supporting the 1500 employees with any HR queries.

You will support the provision of general HR advice to managers and employees on routine HR issues, HR policies and procedures and terms and conditions of service.

Supporting managers at formal attendance reviews and to advise/support on conduct matters to an appropriate stage of the capability procedure as well as building and develop effective working relationships at all levels and to provide business focused support and guidance.

The role will also involve support with organisational change, including administrative processes behind staff consultations, avoidance of redundancy situations and TUPE transfers

This is an office based role working from their head office in Sunderland. The role will be 30 hours a week with a pro rata salary of £26,476 to 28,569.
