We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract .
You'll play a key part in delivering a smooth and effective HR service, helping to foster a positive and engaging employee experience.
Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers.
Support recruitment activity, including drafting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Provide payroll support by collating and submitting employee data.
Track and monitor employee absences, including sickness and annual leave.
Draft and issue HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and employment references.
Assist with employee relations processes, including note-taking during investigations and disciplinary meetings.
Support the coordination of learning and development activities and training events.
Ensure all activities comply with current employment legislation and internal policies.
CIPD Level 3 qualified (or currently working towards) – preferred but not essential.
Prior experience in an HR administration or coordinator role.
Sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Competent user of Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with Breathe HR or Cintra Cloud is a plus).
