A growing HR Consultancy business is recruiting for a HR Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong client relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of HR & employment law
- Managing complex employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, redundancy etc.)
- Delivering practical, commercially focused HR solutions
- Supporting recruitment, HR audits, and policy development
- Building client relationships and contributing to business growth
Qualifications and Experience:
- CIPD Level 5 with HR experience and strong ER expertise.
- Strong UK Employment Law knowledge is required.
- You will be a confident communicator who can influence and challenge.
- Experience of working in consultancy or a multi-client environment would be ideal.
