We are delighted to be partnering with True Potential to recruit a Talent and Development Analyst as they grow their HR and Talent function. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to join the organization as they build the Talent and Development function across the 750 employee strong organization. True Potential are building the Talent & Development function from the ground up, and need someone who thrives in a varied and evolving role. This is a hands-on position that combines project management, learning design, and talent data analytics—working as a team to create a strong, valued T&D function.
You’ll play a key role in managing development initiatives, shaping learning insights, and engaging with people across the business. There will also be opportunities to support other talent initiatives such as performance management, workforce & succession planning, and culture / behaviour change programs. True Potential are based in Newburn and operate a Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The salary is in the region of £40,000-45,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Project & Program Management – Coordinate multiple learning & development initiatives, ensuring they run efficiently and deliver impact.
- Data & Insights – Create learning analytics to track progress, measure success, and continuously improve our approach.
- Content Development – Create and curate high-quality learning materials that support career and skills growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with leaders, teams, and individuals to shape learning and development priorities.
- Project Management Experience – Comfortable managing multiple L&D projects and ensuring timely execution.
- Strong Communication Skills – Confident in engaging diverse audiences.
- Stakeholder Management – Able to work with stakeholders at all levels, helping to shape our function to meet business needs.
- Data & Insights Focus – Enjoys using data to inform decisions, measure learning impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Agility & Problem-Solving – Thrives in an evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Degree qualification/equivalent experience. CIPD or Occupational Psychology qualification a bonus.
- Experience with Workday and Redmill Advance a bonus.
- Experience in a data analyst / project co-ordination role within a HR environment (3+ Years).
- Comprehensive understanding of L&D practices.
- Experience in evaluation of a broad range of learning solutions using both online blended learning and face-to-face approach.
