A growing services business is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. Reporting to the HR Director, this is a new position for the business, offering an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of the recruitment strategy.
Duties:
- Develop, manage, and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle across the business, from approval to hire and onboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements and advise on recruitment best practice.
- Design and deliver a direct sourcing strategy, reducing time-to-hire and reliance on agencies while improving quality of hire.
- Proactively source candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pools.
- Conduct market mapping and pipeline building for current and future business needs, including skills shortage areas.
- Manage relationships with carefully selected recruitment/search agencies where required, ensuring value for money and consistent terms of business.
Requirements:
- To be considered you will have experience of working in-house as Talent Acquisition lead.
- Previous experience of setting up a TA function is desirable.
- Ability to work both operationally and strategically.
- This role requires the successful candidate to be in the office 4 days a week.
