We are pleased to be recruiting for such an exciting organisation who are growing at a pace. This role as HR Business Partner will see you working with an inspirational Head of HR and you will:

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across your assigned business area(s), advising on policies, best practices, and people matters as they arise.
  • Partner with HR Business Partner(s) to deliver talent management initiatives and year-end talent and performance processes.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters, including performance and absence management.
  • Facilitate core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers, and terminations, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives - such as policy reviews, engagement programmes, and process improvements - in partnership with HR Operations and other specialist areas.
  • Take ownership of client-area-specific projects and ad hoc reporting as they emerge, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor/Partner who has ideally worked within a fast-paced environment. With a solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice, successful candidates will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

This role is based in superb new offices in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, you will work onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. There will be monthly travel to London.
