We're supporting a large, nationwide organisation as they embark on a significant transformation programme, and we're looking to appoint an experienced Interim ER & OD Partner to support this journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong Employee Relations background and proven experience navigating complex organisational change.
The role: You'll play a key role in supporting a large-scale restructure and consultations, managing complex and sensitive ER issues, and partnering with stakeholders during a period of transformation. This will suit someone who has operated in fast-paced, evolving environments and has been involved across the full lifecycle of change initiatives.
About you:
- Strong ER expertise, with experience handling complex and high-risk cases
- Proven track record supporting restructures and consultation processes
- Experience working within organisations undergoing significant change or transformation
- A well-rounded generalist HR background
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to operate with credibility at all levels
- Available to start immediately (or at short notice)
