We are excited to be recruiting for one of the North East's most admired organisations as they continue to grow their People team with the addition of a newly created role as Strategic People Partner. You will be joining an award-winning organisation with an exceptional People team, reporting to an inspirational Head of HR.
Operating as a strategic partner to your client area and working as part of their Senior Leadership Team, you will translate business and people strategy into a tailored area people plan which enables business performance. You will have the market and business acumen to drive performance through the design and implementation of bespoke, targeted and high value added people solutions.
Acting as an internal consultant to business leaders, you will support them in creating an inclusive environment where colleagues are able to realise their full potential. Your focus on colleague experience ensures a highly engaged workforce who are aligned to our purpose and motivated to go the extra mile. You will directly contribute to the highest levels of customer experience, performance, reputation and advocacy, building a sustainable future for the business, our members and our colleagues.
This role will suit those who currently operate in a Strategic Partnering role and you will be able to evidence strong commerciality in your experience. Experience of transformation and change is ideal. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and a passion for creating inclusive, high-performing environments.
This role offers the chance to make a real difference to local communities as well as the organisation's people. Candidates should be North East based and the role offers hybrid working with the beautiful office being located in the Newcastle area. The salary is up to £75k and the benefits are extremely competitive.
