As Head of Reward, you will take responsibility for the design, development, implementation and governance of reward programmes, policies and procedures across the group, driving the design and implementation of total reward packages. In addition to reward, the role offers the opportunity to input into organisational design strategies that impact on performance, change projects and culture.

The role is ideal for a Reward professional who enjoys working as part of a HR team, especially if you have broader HR, OD & data experience too and would like the opportunity to utilise all your skills.
