We are delighted to be partnering with Kaefer to recruit a Management Development Specialist into their growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Engagement and Development, the Management Development Specialist will play a key role in the execution of the learning and development strategy and annual learning/training plan, with specific focus on the development, coordination and facilitation of strategic development programmes and learning-based activity to the middle management population and supporting functions.

Working in collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels (from operatives and supervisors, through to operational managers) you will operate cross-functionally, acting as a business partner and point of contact for the business’s learning, capability and performance needs.

This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone with management development experience to lead the planning and design, coordination and delivery of learning solutions, material accreditation, and activity which supports the annual priorities of the UK&I learning and development strategy.

We are looking for an experienced and creative practitioner with CIPD L&D Level 3 or Level 5, and practical knowledge of the ADDIE process designing and delivering ILM accredited learning solutions.

There will be the requirement to travel across the UK, working arrangements are hybrid with 4 days a week in the North East head office when not travelling.
