We are looking for an experienced Benefits & Reward Manager to shape and deliver a modern, data-led total reward proposition within a fast-paced, tech-enabled staffing business. Reporting to the HR Director UK&I, you will own the UK benefits and reward agenda end to end - from flexible benefits, pensions and wellbeing programmes, through to annual pay and bonus cycles. You will work closely with brokers, technology partners, Finance, HRBPs and senior leaders to ensure our reward approach is competitive, compliant, and aligned to business goals.

This is a highly visible role where you will use digital platforms, analytics and market insight to enhance employee experience, drive engagement, and support attraction and retention in a hybrid workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and evolving a competitive, flexible benefits offering
  • Managing benefits platforms, providers and brokers
  • Leading annual pay review and bonus processes
  • Supporting job architecture, benchmarking and pay equity analysis
  • Delivering reward-related reporting, governance and compliance (UK & Ireland)
  • Creating clear, engaging total reward communications

About you:

  • Strong experience in UK benefits and reward, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment
  • Proven delivery of pay and bonus cycles
  • Confident working with HR systems, benefits platforms and data
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
  • Analytical, detail-focused and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment or tech, familiarity with Workday or SuccessFactors, and CIPD qualification are desirable but not essential.

Why join us?

This is a great opportunity to shape the future of reward in a growing, forward-thinking organisation, where technology, wellbeing and employee experience are central to how we work.
