We are delighted to be partnering with our North East client to recruit a Learning & Development Business Partner into their growing team.
Reporting to the Head of Engagement and Development, the L&D Business Partner will play a key role in the execution of the learning and development strategy and annual learning/training plan, with specific focus on the development, coordination, and facilitation of strategic development programmes and learning-based activity to the middle management population and supporting functions.
Working in collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels (from operatives and supervisors to operational managers), you will operate cross-functionally, acting as a business partner and point of contact for the business’s learning, capability, and performance needs.
This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong learning & development experience and an interest in management development to lead the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of learning solutions, material accreditation, and activity which supports the annual priorities of the UK&I learning and development strategy.
We are looking for an experienced and creative practitioner with CIPD L&D Level 3 or Level 5 who is confident to work with internal stakeholders of all levels.
There will be the requirement to travel across the UK, and working arrangements are hybrid with 3-4 days a week in the North East head office when not travelling.
