Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Resourcing Partner or Inhouse Recruiter to join our global engineering client for a 6 month fixed term contract

This would be a busy, fast paced role so you must have experience of managing up to 30 roles in an in house recruitment role.

The role would be a hybrid role working form home 2 days a week and then either their Newcastle or London offices depending on your location.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to agree resourcing plans
  • Maintaining a close understanding of resourcing requirements and challenges for all Cundall locations, disciplines and support functions
  • Forming development, hiring and retention strategies for all levels of staff
  • Direct sourcing of candidates via job boards, networking, utilisation of talent pools
  • Screening and supporting of candidates through the process and to maintain a high standard of candidate experience
  • Enhancing end-to-end candidate and management recruitment experience
  • Providing supervision and guidance to more junior resourcing staff
  • Creating national and global advertising campaigns, and collaborating with suitable suppliers
  • Undertaking behavioural/psychometric testing & analysis
  • Identifying and addressing areas for process, technology, marketing and system efficiency/improvement
  • Collation, analysis and circulation of recruitment related management information (MI)
  • Management and monitoring of external suppliers (agency PSL)
  • Collating and utilising talent pools
  • Maintaining data on the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time • Managing and supporting the onboarding of candidates to employees
  • Development and delivery of recruitment training to hiring managers
  • Supporting the annual appraisal, promotions, graduate recruitment, aspire and similar projects
  • Assisting as needed with volume recruitment administration tasks
  • Maintaining centralised recruitment materials and templates such as job descriptions, competencies, assessment materials; saving, formatting and updating records where required and undertaking full review and edits where necessary
  • Keep up to date with relevant employment, data protection and immigration legislation; identifying and communicating implications of these to managers as appropriate
