A well‑established services business is looking for an experienced Interim ER Advisor to join their team on a 6‑month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly supportive team in a business known for its great culture and collaborative environment. This role focuses on managing a broad range of employee relations cases and can be offered on either a full‑time or 4‑day week basis. Please note, this is a fully onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and long‑term employee relations cases, including prolonged absence and Right to Work checks.
  • Deliver a professional, proactive HR advisory service to managers at all levels via phone and written communication.
  • Provide expert guidance on a wide range of ER matters, including:
  • Serious conduct issues
  • Capability concerns
  • Employee complaints and investigations
  • Suspensions and disciplinary processes
  • Review investigation reports and draft complex correspondence.
  • Partner closely with managers, offering hands‑on support through the full case management lifecycle.
  • Balance commercial priorities with legal compliance to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and employees.
  • About You

    • Proven experience in an Employee Relations advisory role.
    • Strong track record of managing a varied and complex caseload.
    • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
    • Ideally experienced in supporting multiple stakeholders or client groups.
