A well‑established services business is looking for an experienced Interim ER Advisor to join their team on a 6‑month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly supportive team in a business known for its great culture and collaborative environment. This role focuses on managing a broad range of employee relations cases and can be offered on either a full‑time or 4‑day week basis. Please note, this is a fully onsite position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and long‑term employee relations cases, including prolonged absence and Right to Work checks.
- Deliver a professional, proactive HR advisory service to managers at all levels via phone and written communication.
- Provide expert guidance on a wide range of ER matters, including:
- Serious conduct issues
- Capability concerns
- Employee complaints and investigations
- Suspensions and disciplinary processes
About You
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations advisory role.
- Strong track record of managing a varied and complex caseload.
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
- Ideally experienced in supporting multiple stakeholders or client groups.
