Home-based / Telford office with occasional travel across Shropshire, Wrexham, Chester & Mid Wales.

A growing HR Consultancy business is recruiting for a HR Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong client relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of HR & employment law
  • Managing complex employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, redundancy etc.)
  • Delivering practical, commercially focused HR solutions
  • Supporting recruitment, HR audits, and policy development
  • Building client relationships and contributing to business growth

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 with HR experience and strong ER expertise.
  • Strong UK Employment Law knowledge is required.
  • You will be a confident communicator who can influence and challenge.
  • Experience of working in consultancy or a multi-client environment would be ideal.
