We are delighted to be partnering with Atom to recruit the newly created role of Head of Talent. Atom are not your typical bank. As the UK’s first app-based, digital-first bank, they are making banking easier, fairer, and better value for everyone.
Atom now have an opportunity for an experienced Head of Talent to lead the Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, and Learning & Development teams. This is a high-impact, strategic and operational role where you’ll shape the way Atom attract, develop, and retain the best talent.
As Head of Talent you will develop and deliver a best-in-class Talent strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and enhances employer brand, making Atom the go-to place for top talent. You will own succession planning and career development, ensuring the right people are in the right places, and will partner with the Head of HR and CPO to ensure that there is a clear drive for performance and delivery across the business.
We are looking for a talent expert with experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and leadership programmes. You will have a track record of building and executing successful talent strategies and experience in succession planning, workforce planning, and career development.
