We are delighted to be partnering with our North East based client to recruit a Head of Reward. The Head of Reward is a key member of the HR SLT, working closely with the Chief People Officer and HR Peers to develop a purpose led reward strategy which supports talent acquisition and retention, and ensures people feel valued.
As Head of Reward, you will take responsibility for the design, development, implementation and governance of reward programmes, policies and procedures across the group, driving the design and implementation of total reward packages. In addition to reward, the role offers the opportunity to input into organisational design strategies that impact on performance, change projects and culture.
The Head of Reward leads an excellent small reward & data team, and has key relationships with the exec and Remco. This role is an opportunity to build a broader strategy that will help achieve strategic plans and have a positive impact for colleagues, community, and leaders.
The role is ideal for a Reward professional who enjoys working as part of a HR team, especially if you have broader HR, OD & data experience too and would like the opportunity to utilise all your skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that is commercially successful but also has a strong CSR focus and work with a great HR SLT.
The role can be based anywhere in the UK with travel to the North East a few times a month, and could also be offered on an interim basis.
