Sulis Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Somerset, has opportunities for Theatre Nurse Scrub Practitioners/ ODPs to join our Theatre team.
We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to work flexibly as part of our hospital’s clinical theatre team providing the highest standards of professional care to patients and to make a positive contribution towards the team’s pursuit of excellence.
A friendly manner is essential as you will need to be able to communicate with patients and put them at ease during this vulnerable time along with high attention to detail to ensure your documentation is accurate.
You will be responsible for preparing operating room for surgery including equipment, supplies and medications required for specific procedures contributing to the team working throughout our theatre department whilst providing the highest standards of professional care.
Permanent - Full time and Part time hours available,
SFA desirable but not essential.
Shift pattern to include either.
7.30-18.00/ 7.30-20.30/ 12.30-20.30. Including weekends and on-call commitment.
This role requires DBS clearance
If you have NMC or ODP registration and a demonstrable record of CPD with knowledge and experience of theatre professional practice, then we would like to hear from you.
