We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the Finance Team to support the growth in business. The post would suit individuals looking to progress within accounting/wide range of accounting areas to be involved as the finance team is relatively small and there are opportunities to learn new skills whilst supporting the operational staff within the team.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the budget setting and budget management meetings, the month end and year end process and look for and recommend efficiency savings. The post reports directly to the Associate Director of Finance and will be expected to develop strong links with both the Business Intelligence team, financial services team and Unit leads for departments within the hospital. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an awareness of commercial accounting balanced with the ability to work in a complex NHS/private environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Previous Knowledge and Experience: GCSEs and A-Levels. Previous experience in a Management Accounting role. Experience with Unit 4 ledger system. Experience within the healthcare industry.
