Hospital Administrator - Patient Scheduling Co-Ordinator in Bath

Sulis Hospital have an oppportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Theatre Scheduling Team on a full time contract.

A successful applicant will be working closely to support the effective processing of our clinical bookings for theatres. Ensuring that patients are booked in the most efficient manner and in line with the requirements of the business. The role will require strong attention to detail, accuracy and data input. A successful candidate will be required to liaise with insurance companies and gain pre- authorisations for private patient procedures. There may be a need for the successful candidate to support other functions within the administration service as required by the business.

Full time 37.5 hours Mon - Fri.

Person Specification:

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience of working successfully in a fast paced office environment
• Well organized, able to self-manage and prioritise a variable and high volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy
• Worked in a Healthcare environment NHS or Private
