The Vacancy
Sulis Hospital Bath is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual who can support the Administration Team in the day to day running of the Administration office.
Responsibilities
- This position works closely to support the effective processing for our consultants to ensure that patients are booked for follow up appointments throughout their pathway in a fast-paced environment.
- This will involve contacting patients, sending patients clinic letters after their appointments, and making any follow ups that are required in the patient’s pathway until discharge.
- You will be required to liaise with consultants, other departments within the hospital and patients to ensure a smooth treatment pathway within referral to treat timescale.
- There may be a need for you to support other functions within the administration service as required by the business.
The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data input. The skills we would expect you to demonstrate are excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to self-manage and prioritise a varied and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy.
If you have worked in a Healthcare environment NHS or Private and have proven experience of working successfully in a fast-paced office environment we would like to hear from you.
Permanent 37.5 hours
