This is a Fixed Term, Full Time vacancy that will close in 15 days at 23:59 GMT.

Sulis Hospital has an opportunity for a Hospital Administrator to join our Administration team on a 12 Month fixed-term contract. Sulis Hospital offers a pioneer in patient care and experience in pre- and post-operative care for a wide range of elective surgical procedures.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Downloading all ERS referrals from NHS Referral System
  • Compiling patient files for appropriate outpatient appointment
  • Communicating with patients to ensure previous scan information is available
  • Answering telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing IPT paperwork in preparation for outpatient clinic in a professional and timely manner
  • Other office type duties as required

12-month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a similar role within a healthcare environment would be advantageous
  • Time Management Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
