The predicted salary is between 37856 - 46326 ÂŁ per year.
We are looking for an experienced cross‑sectional radiographer to join our busy, friendly imaging department. You will work as a skilled and adaptable member of the Radiology team, undertaking MRI/CT scanning and, when required, general radiographic duties (plain X‑ray/theatre).
Responsibilities include:
- Perform MRI and CT scanning;
- Carry out general X‑ray to support inpatient/outpatient activity;
- Complete general radiographic duties using image intensifiers for theatre procedures;
- Assist consultant partners to maintain high‑quality imaging examinations and outstanding patient care;
- Participate in an on‑call rota and work weekends as required.
Full‑time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Sunday; on‑call commitment; weekend work.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience as a cross‑sectional radiographer, preferably with MRI/CT;
- Basic CT experience desirable, with training offered;
- DBS clearance required;
- Strong communication skills, flexible, proactive and committed to improving patient care.
