Sulis Hospital Bath is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Endoscopy Team part time to help with the running of their Administration. This position works closely with the team to support the smooth running of clinical patient administrative processes throughout the patient journey for the CDC. You will ensure Sulis processes are followed to a high standard to provide an efficient and professional service to all patients, consultants, and staff. All patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
PERM - 15 hours a week. Covering 4 hours every Saturday and Sunday mornings plus the remaining hours during the week. Applications will be assessed and responded to as they are received. We reserve the right to bring forward the closing date if sufficient applications are received.
Responsibilities:- Answer phone enquiries
- Manage patient appointments
- Prepare admission packs for the following day
- Track notes
- Capture booking emails
- Prepare paperwork as well as other administrative duties
The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy and data input. We expect you to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage, prioritise a varied and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy. IT skills with a good knowledge of MS Office and Excel are required. This role requires DBS clearance.
