The Vacancy:
Sulis Hospital is a world-class independent healthcare facility renowned for delivering outstanding private and NHS hospital services. The hospital specialises in a wide range of conditions, from common to complex covering specialities from cardiology to ophthalmology and orthopaedics to general surgery. We have an opportunity for a Patient Advisor to join our bank register. Your primary responsibility will be playing a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries over the phone and online providing accurate information about our services.
- Be a confident patient-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data and present it in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a patient-facing environment would be a real advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential to the role.
