Sulis Hospital Bath is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, having been acquired in June 2021. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director of Private Patient Services to join our team. The post holder would be responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, and operational delivery of private patient services at Sulis Hospital, including services delivered in partnership with the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will lead the development of a high-performing, patient-focused, commercially successful private healthcare service, ensuring:

  • High patient experience and clinical quality
  • Sustainable financial performance and income growth
  • Strong consultant, GP, and stakeholder engagement
  • Robust operational, governance, and compliance frameworks

This role combines executive leadership, commercial acumen, and operational delivery, ensuring Sulis and Sulis@RUH remains a leading provider of private healthcare. If you have experience in Strategic Leadership & Service Development, have a strong understanding of Private Patients as well as NHS, and believe that you can lead and build a service, then we would like to hear from you.
