Sulis Hospital Bath is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an Associate Director of Private Patient Services to lead the strategic leadership, growth, and operational delivery of private patient services.
Position Details
- Position: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership and growth of private patient services.
- Operational delivery of a high‑performing, patient‑focused, commercially successful private healthcare service.
- Build and maintain strong consultant, GP and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure sustainable financial performance and income growth.
- Develop and uphold robust operational, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead service development and ensure high patient experience and clinical quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic leadership & service development within private healthcare.
- Strong understanding of private patient services and NHS operations.
