About us: Sulis Garden Rooms create refined, architecturally considered garden buildings for clients who value quality, longevity, and design integrity. We spend some time manufacturing at our factory in Bradford-on-Avon, then the rest of the time on site in the local Bath, Bristol, and Wiltshire area, with occasional travel further afield.
About the role: The role requires someone experienced working both on site and in a manufacturing environment. They must be skilled and have experience across multi trades: which may include minor ground works, steel frame installation, minor carpentry and interior finishing. The ideal candidate will be versatile with strong technical skills and ability to work efficiently on their own or part of a team. This is a challenging, rewarding, interesting and varied role which is suited to those prepared to go the extra mile to deliver a quality product to our clients. Candidates need to be able to drive to the factory, but we then have vans/transport for them to use from there.
Duties:
- Help in manufacture and installation of equipment according to specifications and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all installation processes.
- Be a valuable addition to the team and assist with all tasks.
About you: Requirements:
- Proven experience in a practical discipline.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Apprentice trained ideally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's licence is required.
- Own transport required to travel to our factory in Bradford on Avon.
- Must be flexible with working hours sometimes to complete projects.
